Despite our vigilance, some dissatisfactions or difficulties may still arise.
In this case, you can submit your complaint using the following procedure:
1) Contact your Younited Credit advisor (by email or telephone) to discuss your difficulties.
2) If, however, you are not satisfied with the solution provided by your advisor, we invite you to make a complaint by sending your request by email to the following address: invest@younited.com
