Granting: in charge of managing loan applications. The team makes the decision to grant credit
Anti-fraud: in charge of application controls: the team ensures that no fraudulent or money laundering/terrorist financing applications are funded at Younited
Customer services: in charge of managing customer complaints and special requests
Collections: in charge of the management and support of fragile files & recovery
Training & quality : support the operational teams and controls the quality of their works.
