This is where Younited\u2019s ambitions take shape. Our Tech team imagines, develops, and continuously evolves our products (Credit, Pay, and Cashback) to turn them into services that truly meet our customers\u2019 needs and never stop reinventing themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Younited, Tech is structured to combine autonomy, expertise, and speed of execution<\/strong>. It is organized around Younits<\/strong> (our squads) and our central teams<\/strong>.

Each Younit<\/strong> brings together tech and product expertise within a specific domain, uniting Lead Software Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.

Together, they cover Younited\u2019s entire value chain: acquisition, credit decisioning, payments, banking services, financial flows, and customer lifecycle management\u2014all in an Agile framework, with short cycles using Scrum or Kanban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our central teams<\/strong>, on the other hand, lay the foundations that the entire Tech organization relies on: architecture, platform, reliability, and security. They are the ones who scale the platform, elevate our practices, and shape the future of Younited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And because we grow faster together, knowledge sharing is in our DNA<\/strong>: our technical communities circulate best practices, foster debates on architectural choices, and elevate the collective expertise of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
