En d\u00e9pit du vote du projet de loi Pouvoir d\u2019Achat, seuls 16% des Fran\u00e7ais estiment que le gouvernement va r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Face \u00e0 la hausse des prix, deux tiers des Fran\u00e7ais (64%) ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 modifi\u00e9 leurs habitudes d\u2019achat, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de r\u00e9duire les factures de courses alimentaires (46%) ou celles de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (40%). Les 24-35 ans sont ceux qui ont le plus adapt\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9penses, notamment leurs courses alimentaires (69% vs 58% en moyenne).<\/li><li>Les solutions de paiement apparaissent \u00e9galement comme l\u2019une des cl\u00e9s pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la hausse des prix. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart des Fran\u00e7ais (22%) cherche une solution de paiement flexible, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un paiement en plusieurs fois (20%) ou d\u2019un paiement diff\u00e9r\u00e9 (7%).<\/li><li>Une crise qui souligne l\u2019imp\u00e9rieuse n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de suivre son budget : alors que 42% des Fran\u00e7ais se voient contraints de suivre plus attentivement leurs d\u00e9penses\u2026 32% confessent n\u2019avoir aucune m\u00e9thode pour les g\u00e9rer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Dans un contexte macro\u00e9conomique difficile qui doit composer avec les r\u00e9percussions de la crise sanitaire et, d\u00e9sormais, la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par la guerre en Ukraine, les Fran\u00e7ais doivent faire face \u00e0 un \u00e9pisode d\u2019inflation d\u2019une ampleur in\u00e9gal\u00e9e depuis 40 ans: l\u2019inflation devrait franchir le seuil des 5% cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<p>Younited, le leader europ\u00e9en du cr\u00e9dit instantan\u00e9, et OpinionWay ont men\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate pour savoir comment les Fran\u00e7ais per\u00e7oivent et vivent cette inflation. Comment les Fran\u00e7ais appr\u00e9hendent-ils la rentr\u00e9e ? Quelles solutions ont-ils mis en place au quotidien pour pr\u00e9server leur pouvoir d\u2019achat ?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une rentr\u00e9e sous tension : l\u2019inflation pr\u00e9occupe une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 de Fran\u00e7ais, qui anticipe des cons\u00e9quences durables sur leur pouvoir d\u2019achat<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour la majorit\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais (86%), la hausse des prix est durable et concernera la majorit\u00e9 des postes de d\u00e9penses (84%). Un quart des Fran\u00e7ais (27%) estime m\u00eame que <u>tous<\/u> les prix vont augmenter. Une perception fortement ancr\u00e9e chez les Fran\u00e7ais aux revenus les plus modestes (41%).<\/p>\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9penses contraintes cristallisent les plus vives inqui\u00e9tudes. Les Fran\u00e7ais pr\u00e9voient notamment une augmentation des prix des courses alimentaires (89%), de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (88%), des d\u00e9placements (83%). A noter, 80% d\u2019entre eux redoutent \u00e9galement une potentielle explosion du co\u00fbt des assurances.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019inflation pr\u00e9occupe 8 Fran\u00e7ais sur 10 au quotidien. Fatigu\u00e9s (22%), r\u00e9sign\u00e9s (20%), stress\u00e9s (17%) et m\u00eame en col\u00e8re (12%) &#8230; Les Fran\u00e7ais affichent en cette rentr\u00e9e un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit n\u00e9gatif. Une rentr\u00e9e d&rsquo;autant plus en berne, que personne, \u00e0 leurs yeux, ne peut endiguer l\u2019inflation. En d\u00e9pit du vote du projet de loi Pouvoir d\u2019Achat, seuls 16% des Fran\u00e7ais estiment que le gouvernement va r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me. De m\u00eame, ni les grandes enseignes de distribution (14%), ni les commer\u00e7ants de proximit\u00e9 (13%) ne semblent \u00eatre \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019apporter des solutions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face \u00e0 la hausse des prix, deux tiers des Fran\u00e7ais (64%) ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 modifi\u00e9 leurs habitudes d\u2019achat<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas que macro\u00e9conomique : 84% des Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent que l\u2019inflation impacte d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur pouvoir d\u2019achat au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 la hausse des prix, tous les Fran\u00e7ais sont en effet contraints de faire des arbitrages. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des foyers les plus modestes (75%) comme des plus ais\u00e9s (50%), tous adaptent leurs d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sans surprise, les loisirs sont fortement impact\u00e9s : 20% des Fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent avoir renonc\u00e9 aux sorties au restaurant et aux sorties culturelles (24%). 1 Fran\u00e7ais sur 4 a m\u00eame annul\u00e9 voyages et vacances.<\/p>\n\n<p>Plus inqui\u00e9tant, les d\u00e9penses contraintes sont \u00e9galement en ligne de mire :\u00a0 46% des Fran\u00e7ais ont rogn\u00e9 sur leurs courses alimentaires et 40% ont d\u00fb faire des \u00e9conomies sur leur facture d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c0 noter, bien qu\u2019ils se serrent la ceinture, les Fran\u00e7ais ne sont pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 tout : 68% n\u2019ont pas amput\u00e9 leur budget tabac et alcool (52%).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions de paiement, marques distributeurs, produits d\u2019occasion\u2026 Les multiples solutions envisag\u00e9es par les Fran\u00e7ais pour pr\u00e9server leur pouvoir d\u2019achat<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les deux tiers de Fran\u00e7ais qui d\u00e9clarent avoir adapt\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9penses face \u00e0 la hausse des prix (64%) envisagent une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p>En t\u00eate de peloton, l\u2019achat de produits moins chers : 41% renonceraient \u00e0 acheter des produits de marque et 48% se tourneraient vers des produits premier prix ou des marques distributeurs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les gestes \u00e9co-responsables sont \u00e9galement envisag\u00e9s comme des solutions efficaces pour faire face \u00e0 la hausse des prix, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de privil\u00e9gier la r\u00e9paration au rachat (42%) et les produits d\u2019occasion aux produits neufs (33%). Ce recours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire est particuli\u00e8rement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les femmes (64% vs 43% des hommes).<\/p>\n\n<p>Les solutions de paiement apparaissent \u00e9galement comme l\u2019une des cl\u00e9s pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la hausse des prix. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart des Fran\u00e7ais (22%) cherche une solution de paiement flexible, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un paiement en plusieurs fois (20%) ou d\u2019un paiement diff\u00e9r\u00e9 (7%).<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette tension sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat met en exergue l\u2019imp\u00e9rieuse n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de suivre attentivement ses d\u00e9penses. Si 42% des Fran\u00e7ais se voient en effet contraints de suivre plus attentivement leurs d\u00e9penses, 32% confessent n\u2019avoir aucune m\u00e9thode pour les g\u00e9rer. Ainsi, 80% des Fran\u00e7ais estiment que le prix des assurances va augmenter mais seulement 29% ont entrepris des d\u00e9marches pour adapter ces d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n\n<p>En effet, les m\u00e9thodes employ\u00e9es par les Fran\u00e7ais restent majoritairement empiriques, souvent manuelles (41% utilisent un carnet de suivi ou un tableur). L\u2019app\u00e9tence des jeunes pour les solutions digitales (33% des moins de 35 ans utilisent une application bancaire vs 25% en moyenne) pourrait changer \u00e0 terme les habitudes : 18% des millenials<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>envisagent de se tourner vers une application d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion du budget.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-subtitle\"><p><em>\u201cDans ce contexte difficile, l\u2019\u00e9tude souligne le pessimisme des fran\u00e7ais pour cette rentr\u00e9e. Plus que jamais, elle confirme le constat r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019OCDE sur le besoin d\u2019outils sp\u00e9cifiques pour accompagner les m\u00e9nages dans une meilleure gestion de leur budget. Ces outils doivent les former aux principes d\u2019une bonne gestion financi\u00e8re mais aussi les aider \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies substantielles et ainsi \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger leur pouvoir d\u2019achat. <\/em><em>Si le cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation constitue effectivement une r\u00e9ponse ponctuelle pour faire face \u00e0 la hausse des prix, il ne peut pas r\u00e9gler tous
