{"id":595,"date":"2023-12-13T12:17:01","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T15:07:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/younited.com\/partners\/support\/investment-cost\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T16:01:34","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T16:01:34","slug":"investment-cost","status":"publish","type":"support","link":"https:\/\/younited.com\/partners\/en\/support\/investment-cost\/","title":{"rendered":"How much does it cost?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Loan calculation and servicing fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Younited Credit charges calculation agent and servicing fees on its funds as indicated <a href=\"https:\/\/younited.com\/partners\/en\/support\/i-want-to-invest-in-younited-funds-how-can-i-get-some-support\/\">in the monthly reports<\/a> which are reflected in the unit value of the funds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Total fund expenses (approx. 0.3% p.a.) include the fees of the fund management company (Eurotitrisation), the custodian (BPSS), the auditors (Mazars) and other fund-related expenses (INSEE, AMF fees, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The return communicated each month is therefore net of fees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penalties for early withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Younited Credit has introduced a penalty system for share redemption requests in the first year:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2% of the amount of shares redeemed if the redemption request is made within 6 months of subscription, and<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1% of the amount of shares redeemed if the redemption request is made between 6 and 12 months after subscription).<\/p>\n<p>After a 12-month holding period, Younited Credit does not charge any commission on the resale of shares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Younited Credit does not charge any account opening fees, entry fees, custody fees or account closure fees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","category_faq":[],"target":[355],"class_list":["post-595","support","type-support","status-publish","hentry","target-investors"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<title>How much does it cost?
