Any individual or legal entity can become an investor on the platform if they meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

– Reside in another country, but be a national of the European Economic Area or an equivalent country;<\/p>\n

– Reside in a country belonging to the European Economic Area or an equivalent country;<\/p>\n

– Transparent KYC and proof-of-identity procedures;<\/p>\n

– Have legal capacity, except in the special case of minor customers (specific procedure);<\/p>\n

– To be considered as a “professional client on option” within the meaning of the General Regulations of the Autorit\u00e9 des March\u00e9s Financiers;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Be able to invest a minimum of \u20ac100,000 on registration;<\/p>\n

– Meet anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing criteria, such as not being on the “asset freeze” list. Special treatment is given to politically exposed persons.<\/p>\n

at least two of the following criteria must be met:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Holding a portfolio of financial instruments worth more than \u20ac500,000;<\/li>\n
  2. Carrying out transactions in financial instruments, each of a significant size (i.e. \u20ac600), averaging at least ten per quarter over the previous four quarters;<\/li>\n
  3.
