Financial securities – Warning
YOUNITED CREDIT draws the attention of users wishing to invest, and warns them, in general, of the risks associated with an investment in financial securities, namely the risks of hazards, volatility, liquidity and loss of capital. As the investments offered by YOUNITED CREDIT are not capital-guaranteed, investors are exposed to partial or total loss of the capital initially invested. Before placing an order, YOUNITED CREDIT recommends that you consult the information on financial securities, the operations concerned, their characteristics and their potential risks, available on its website. YOUNITED CREDIT declines all responsibility for the consequences of orders transmitted, and in particular for any financial losses incurred by a client for any reason whatsoever, including unfamiliarity with markets and risks. Investors should carry out their own risk analysis and, if necessary, consult their own legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advisors. In particular, if your tax residence is outside mainland France, you are required to check that YOUNITED CREDIT’s services are compatible with the legislation applicable to you before using them. YOUNITED CREDIT shall not be held liable for any violation thereof. In the event that YOUNITED CREDIT provides investors with advice, information or recommendations, YOUNITED CREDIT shall not be liable for the profitability of its advice, information or recommendations. YOUNITED CREDIT recommends that you carefully read the “Risk Factors” section of the Specific Regulations of the YOUNITED CREDIT FCT. The YOUNITED CREDIT investment product, with no capital guarantee and limited liquidity, is intended for professional investors within the meaning of Article D533-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code. Categorization as a professional client entails a lower level of protection than non-professional client status. YOUNITED CREDIT is free to accept or refuse to categorize potential investors as professional clients on the basis of an assessment of their competence, experience, knowledge of financial matters and financial capacity to absorb a loss.
