What are the conditions for becoming an investor?

Any individual or legal entity can become an investor on the platform if they meet the following criteria:

– Reside in another country, but be a national of the European Economic Area or an equivalent country;

– Reside in a country belonging to the European Economic Area or an equivalent country;

– Transparent KYC and proof-of-identity procedures;

– Have legal capacity, except in the special case of minor customers (specific procedure);

– To be considered as a “professional client on option” within the meaning of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers;

– Be able to invest a minimum of €100,000 on registration;

– Meet anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing criteria, such as not being on the “asset freeze” list. Special treatment is given to politically exposed persons.

at least two of the following criteria must be met:

1. Holding a portfolio of financial instruments worth more than €500,000;
2. Carrying out transactions in financial instruments, each of a significant size (i.e. €600), averaging at least ten per quarter over the previous four quarters;
3. At least one year in a professional position in the financial sector requiring knowledge of investment in financial instruments.
