Our People organization brings together several areas of expertise: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR & CSR Projects, HR Operations, and Culture & Office Management.
The Talent Acquisition team attracts the best experts in the market: people who will thrive in our culture and contribute to Younited’s success.
Our HR Business Partners support employees throughout every stage of their development, advise managers on organizational and leadership challenges, and implement the right processes to effectively recruit, engage, develop, and retain talent.
The HR & CSR Projects team supports the deployment of our overall People strategy and drives our ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) roadmap.
On the operational side, the HR Operations team manages all administrative HR matters, from payroll administration to contract management, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Finally, the Culture & Office Management team is dedicated to employees’ day-to-day well-being and helps foster a welcoming, collaborative, and vibrant atmosphere across our offices.
