Its mission is simple: ensure that data is reliable, clear, and actionable so that it can be used by the right teams, at the right time, to address the right challenges.
A team that turns raw data into concrete solutions
Our Data team is structured around two centers of excellence: Data Science and Data Analytics.
Within the Data Science team, our experts design and deploy the models that power Younited’s products and decision-making processes. They are involved throughout the entire model lifecycle, from understanding business needs and developing models to evaluating performance and deploying solutions into production.
Their work combines statistical expertise, machine learning, and industrialization practices with a simple objective: transforming real-world challenges into reliable, scalable, and actionable solutions.
Meanwhile, the Data Analytics team helps business functions better understand their activities and identify the most effective levers for improving performance. They develop reporting and monitoring tools, define key performance indicators, and deliver analyses tailored to the needs of Younited’s various teams.
These two teams work in close collaboration with the Data Engineering team, which helps industrialize and maintain the data infrastructure that supports both business operations and product development.
