An Organization built for expertise and impact
At Younited, Tech is structured to combine autonomy, expertise, and speed of execution. It is organized around Younits (our squads) and our central teams.
Each Younit brings together tech and product expertise within a specific domain, uniting Lead Software Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.
Together, they cover Younited’s entire value chain: acquisition, credit decisioning, payments, banking services, financial flows, and customer lifecycle management—all in an Agile framework, with short cycles using Scrum or Kanban.
Our central teams, on the other hand, lay the foundations that the entire Tech organization relies on: architecture, platform, reliability, and security. They are the ones who scale the platform, elevate our practices, and shape the future of Younited.
And because we grow faster together, knowledge sharing is in our DNA: our technical communities circulate best practices, foster debates on architectural choices, and elevate the collective expertise of the team.
