What we do

Customer Service & Collections: We help our customers during all steps of their credit journey, either while onboarding or if they go through more difficult times.
Granting: We analyze our customers applications and try to make the rightest decision, even if it means saying no to an applicant!
Anti-fraud & Anti-Money Laundering (AML): We prevent and detect fraud and money laundering risks.
Business transformation and performance (OPS Lab): From analytics to outsourcers management or project management, we help all operations expertise teams, to make sure they are well monitored, efficient and innovative.
Quality & Training: We train all operations expertise teams and guarantee they serve our customers in the best way possible, through procedures and controls.

Younited S.A is authorized and regulated as a Credit Institution – Investment Services Provider by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR, approval no.: 16488). Younited offers credit and credit payment solutions online or in-store. Financing is granted subject to final acceptance by Younited after acceptance of your application.
